However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund policy. You can return eligible products within 5 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Our return policy aims to provide a smooth and fair shopping experience for all our customers.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition without any damage, stains, or alterations. Please ensure that the product tags and original packaging are intact. Items such as innerwear, accessories, and custom-stitched garments are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly through vedrika.com. For third-party purchases, please contact the respective vendor. Any item returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within 5 days of delivery by emailing support@vedrika.com with your order number and product details. Our support team will guide you through the return request process. Once approved, you can ship the item back to our designated return address. Please ensure that the package is securely sealed to avoid any damage during transit. Returns initiated beyond the 5-day window may not be eligible for acceptance.

Refund Timeline

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10–12 business working days. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time. In cases where replacement is opted instead of refund, shipping of the replacement product will commence immediately upon return approval. Vedrika ensures transparency and timeliness throughout this process.

Exchange Policy

At Vedrika, we aim to make exchanges easy and comfortable. This policy outlines how we handle the exchanges to ensure a smooth process for the company and its customers.

 

Exchange Window

  • For all products, exchange can be requested within 7 -10 days of delivery except products under FLAT 50% offer which are not eligible for exchange

Eligibility for exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for SIZE.
  • issues, subject to availability.
  • Articles under Flat 50% Offer are not eligible for Exchanges.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 12 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@vedrika.com. We will promptly investigate and ensure your refund is completed.
